These terms apply to easyIndex (easyindex.app). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you add websites for.
The service
easyIndex guides your own coding agent, step by step, to make your website easier for AI assistants and search engines to find, understand and cite. It checks the results on your live site, connects to Google Search Console when you ask it to, and shows the results on a dashboard. easyIndex never changes your website or your repository itself: your agent does, under your control.
Your responsibilities
- You may only add websites you own or are authorised to manage, and connect Search Console accounts you are allowed to use.
- You are responsible for what your coding agent publishes and for reviewing it. Facts, prices and claims on your pages must be true and must respect the rules of your sector.
- Keep your login safe, and use "Disconnect all agents" in Settings if an agent should no longer have access.
- Do not use easyIndex to send spam, publish deceptive content, or interfere with other people's websites or with the service.
No guaranteed results
Nobody controls what AI assistants or search engines cite. easyIndex improves the chances and shows the results; it does not promise citations, rankings, visits or sales.
Billing
Where billing applies, each account gets one 7-day free trial covering one website; after it, the price is per website per month, charged through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Settings › Billing; the subscription then ends at the close of the period already paid.
Your data
Your website data stays yours. How easyIndex collects, uses and deletes data, including Google user data, is described in the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep easyIndex available and correct, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, easyIndex is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using easyIndex and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
