The second step of the start, after the card. Later websites are added from All websites.
The first website is asked for right after the card: its public address is enough, and it is named after it. Then the website's own start follows: connect your coding agent, then Google Search Console.
Later websites are added with Add website on All websites, or in the website switcher at the top of the sidebar. Each goes through the same start before its dashboard opens.
The same site under http and https, or with and without www, counts as one website. Every website belongs to your account, so everyone in the account sees it.
