A 7-day trial per account with one website, then a monthly price per website.
The card is the first step: easyIndex sends you to Stripe's own page to add it. Nothing is charged for 7 days; then the subscription continues by itself.
The trial belongs to the account and covers one website. Adding a second website during the trial ends the trial at once, or you can wait until it ends.
After the trial, the price is per website per month. Settings › Billing shows the status and opens Stripe's billing page, where you change the card, see invoices or cancel.
